Not to sound over simplistic, but I am kind of pairing back and enjoying life this summer.Be it going for swims , reading books and riding a bike, the goal for me has been to spend as much time as possible out side. I am an artist by training and spend a considerable time drawing, and making things.Having time to be creative is very important to me and right now, it is a"past time" more than an occupation. I am currently figuring out if I need to go back to school for a master's in special ed. or a MFA in art.
My Ideal Person:
Real, honest, fun, sublime humor.Able to accomplish things that at most times may require creativity and intellect.
- The last great book I read
The Secret History by Donna Tartt
- My most humbling moment
When I taught at an alternative high school with an at risk
group of youth. I learned alot about myself from them.
- Favorite on-screen sex scene
I am not telling....now, ,, Ok here goes the hoop skirt
scene in the Piano
- The best or worst lie I've ever told
I don't lie.Ok, total bullshit. I take that back. I
lied oneChristmas to my parents when I snuck a peek at my
presents, and did a piss poor job at retaping the gift of
a barbie doll(Dusty). My sister got the Grease sound track.
We both had to feign utter surprise come that special day....Our
ma didn't forgive us for weeks.
- If I could be anywhere right now
Underneath the stars, telling a joke or a story.
- Five items I can't live without
Prismacolor markers, Bianchi, Miyata, camera, paper
- Fill in the blank: _____ is sexy; _____ is sexier.
Good loving being there in the long run
- In my bedroom one will find...
An antique dresser, walls that fade from pale yellow to
peach, an antique bed, an antique wall hanging of metal
flowers. glass globes in various colors from crabbing
traps. Old glass bottles from the late 1800's for some
elixer, for some bay rum
