What can I say about myself here that cannot be refuted tomorrow? Still thinking of those constants. Not professing to be anything perfect (even a perfect paradox). I would like to believe that, in the vicissitudes of life, one finds hope, despite the struggle; accomplishments, despite failures; love, despite losses. It is true that we cannot find the right words to describe ourselves here, as each one of us defies all definitions. So any rendition of a profile is truth and falsehood at the same time. Yet, one learns to live without demanding exactitude. It is good to let go of the wish to grasp that which is ever-changing.
If you are serious about lasting relationship and trust, and willing to take a risk with another human being, contact me. Friends are always welcome.
My Ideal Person:
Not to look for anything, or anyone, and to find everything in someone - that would be a miracle, wouldn't it?
I am looking for a chance encounter that will be transformed into instant recognition of the moment for which we have been both waiting. Someone for whom the decision to say "I am the one" will come easily. Someone who knows, or at least ponders what it means "to know a woman." I also ponder what it means "to know a man," and sometimes even succeed Except...knowing someone is an impossible proposition.
- The last great book I read
Not the last, but favorite - Amos Oz, 'Fima (Matzav
Shlishi), ' 'A Perfect Peace, ' 'The
Black Box, " "To Know a Woman."
Started "Rabbit at Rest" by John Updike. Another
favorite of mine.
- My most humbling moment
Every day has its moments. I don't believe that
the already humble people should be subjected to any more
humbling moments:) I am ready for a respite.
- Favorite on-screen sex scene
I like the real thing. Well, maybe something with Harrison
Ford.
- The celebrity I resemble the most
This is a funny question.
- The best or worst lie I've ever told
There are too many to mention, especially the ones I told
myself.
- If I could be anywhere right now
I am fine where I am, but I do enjoy traveling. So, it could
be either a beach in Hawaii, or somewhere
in Spain, or Latin America. It changes every day.
- Five items I can't live without
I can't live without talking to my children, traveling, books,
my kind of music, inspiration, and kindness.
- Fill in the blank: _____ is sexy; _____ is sexier.
"Sexy" as generally, or sexually attractive?
I'll tell you after we meet.
- In my bedroom one will find...
...books, paintings, plants, candles, a laptop at times,
and ... should this question be taken literally? I often
rearrange things in the room.
