I am a photography, a writer, a listener, a music lover, a painter, a feminist, a thinker, an outside the lines colorer, an artist, a community worker. I pretty
much live for peace, love, hugs and happiness.
I am not into how the media tries to create the image of how a woman should look, I am not into makeup or superficiality,
I value honesty and hard work. I love viewing the world through my own eyes and not just what someone tells this world is about.
I have spent a good portion of my life in Ireland, but grew up in Boston. I love up state NY and San Fran. I want to drive across country and sort of do a Jack Kerouac. After I read on the road I got in my car and drove to the Hudson in Saratoga Springs NY.
I have a soft spot for children and truly believe that children should be heard as well as seen. I get a natural high from helping people.
I fully believe I was born in the wrong era. I am a free spirit, dancing in the rain, singing to my own tune. I can usually be found dancing or singing, especially while walking or riding the train.
I always see hearts everywhere. I love making pictures out of clouds or with the stars.
I love Billy Joel, into the wild, across the universe, Beatles. a key song that is inspiring my art work right now is "some mistake" I am not a James blunt fan, but the lyrics speak to me. "And maybe someday we will meet
And maybe talk and not just speak
Don't buy the promises 'cause
There are no promises I keep,
And my reflection troubles me"
I also just read "The Perks of being a wallflower" and loved it!
I also have a huge family and I love them to pieces, even though they make me mad at times; but meeting a new relative every year excites me!
My Ideal Person:
This is one of those questions we answer, but do we really know? Allot of what we look for is in the interaction and connection. But I do love people who are into music, someone who can laugh but knows when to be serious. artist, artist, artist, or a poet. goofiness is key. someone who likes children and colors outside the box! I sometimes move at a mile a minute. I need someone who can keep up and keep me up. We should be able to talk and someone who will listen to me talk about my art work and can give me some thoughts and views. and someone who loves to cuddle and eat good food. good food for me is italian, mexican, middle eastern. oh and someone who likes to experience and travel. I want to road trip more, and would love company!
- The last great book I read
Perks of being a Wallflower
- My most humbling moment
Looking back on my life..I think the Christmas I spent in
Kenya with my family. Actually spending time with the tribal
people and seeing what poverty is like outside the U.S.
walls. I was only 10 so at the time I was too young to understand
what everything meant. I was still into Santa Clause.
- Favorite on-screen sex scene
really now? ok----back in high school my friends and I loved
the one in 8mile with Eminem and Britney Murphy--but not
really anymore
- The celebrity I resemble the most
Famous people are no different then us, I don't get
the need to put them on a pedestal and make them seem great.
all we hear about is the "wrong" they do, so why
should we care?
- If I could be anywhere right now
Ireland..although I loved London last semester I kind
of regret not going to Ireland instead..plus I miss all
my old friends from there. and its a beautiful place!
- Five items I can't live without
music-usually my ipod, my medium format camera, my bed,
coffee-if that counts as an item and my 120 film :~)
- Fill in the blank: _____ is sexy; _____ is sexier.
evening glow is sexy but early morning light is sexier
- In my bedroom one will find...
photographs, canvas, cameras, film galore, paint, music,
a record player, and my computer
