Where have all the single femmes gone? I know you must be out there somewhere. I'm a butch living in Brooklyn. I make films with my friends and travel a lot during festival season. Actually I like to travel quite a bit. I lived in Spain and am currently planning a trip to the Canary Islands with my best friend. I love music and going out to see new bands/support my friends' bands. I like to laugh, and I like a woman who makes me laugh. I read a lot. Finishing up my MFA at Columbia in film. I like trying new restaurants with good wine selections. I dig animals-- mine in particular. I'm loyal...sometimes to a fault. I get overprotective of the ones I love, but I haven't been in a fist fight since the 5th grade. I meditate. Maybe I'm a hypocritical Buddhist since I eat meat and drink and smoke, but that's why they call it practice, eh? I believe in karma and doing right by others. I have never cheated on anyone in my life, and if I do say so myself, and I am one bad-ass friend to have. I look scary, but maybe I cry when I watch things like Animal Precinct or Monsters, Inc. I'm not tellin'.
My Ideal Person:
A strong woman with a passion for whatever it is she does. Someone non-judgmental. Someone funny with a sexy smile. You like to go out, but are also happy curling up on the couch with a bottle of wine and watching movies with me. You care about your family and your friends. There's a saying in Spanish that I love:"Dime con quien andas y te dire quien eres tu": Tell me with whom you walk and I'll tell you who you are. You get a very good sense of someone by the people they choose to surround themselves with. I like to travel, so hopefully you do too. You must like motorcycles because as I get better riding them, I'm gonna want you on the back of mine. Tattooed ladies who like the beach are a plus. ;)

Is far too long to write about here. It involves a boat and
several members of my family when I was much younger. Holding
my 4 day old niece was pretty damn humbling too.
